Engaging Chinese visitors

Estee Lauder Companies commissioned TMG to engage Chinese visitors pre-travel and in destination, inspiring them to visit both London and a select group of luxury shopping destinations.

By working closely with a host of Chinese influencers we created a year-round marketing strategy focusing on six thematic bursts: Christmas, Chinese New Year, Pre-Summer, Graduation, Summer and Golden Week.

With 22.4 million impressions and 540,000 engagements, the results spoke for themselves.
